根管锉应预弯

与主锉相应的侧压器应能自如达到根尖0。5到2MM

根管封药，活髓牙不封药，仅置棉球一周。常用不凝性氢氧化钙

暂封：双层：牙胶＋ZOE；Cavit+ZOE

根充注意事项：1，用纸捻或与MAF相当的锉送糊剂

2侧压应能达到距工作长度1～2毫米

辅尖（小一号）一般与侧压器锥度一致
