immediate implant 的优点:

     1, immediate implant is the single and unique chance to keep the hard and soft tissues as it is after tooth extraction

     2,restoration of the papilla is possible

     3,high esthetic possibility

     4,short time of treatment

     5,no overdenture

     6,psychological advantages

     7,control of the bone resorption

     8,pain is reduced as well as surgery

     即刻种植的局限：

    1，在上下颌前牙区效果最好。

    2，不能有即刻负重，但是最好有即刻修复体

    3，在即刻负重与过度负重间选择好

    4，没有软硬组织的炎症

    5，避免硬组织的丧失，减少高美学奉献的麻烦。

     适应症：

     1，restriction to the anterionr area of the jaw

     2,拔牙窝必须干净

      3，good quality of the bone as well as high 骨的质量与骨的高度都要好，对于primary stability of the implant 很重要，如果骨条件不好，放弃即刻负重。

     4，length of implants should be at least 13~14mm

     5,contra torque has to be checked.检测种植体是否稳固。

     6,no or only little augmentation technique

     7,no extra-axial loading better no primary loading.即刻负重两周内不能负重，两周后可有一点轴向负重，不能太重。5～7个月内仅轴向。

     the question is :

     where is the border between functional loading and over-loading of the implant during the healing period?

    Due to that the patient should be advised to have only soft and liquid food during the first two weeds.
